GitHub
Connect GitHub to Align to turn repository activity into actionable tasks. Engineering teams stay synchronized across code and project management.
How it works
Align can:
Create tasks from new GitHub issues with full context and assignees
Update task status when PRs open, merge, or close
Sync commit messages and branches to task comments
Link GitHub repos to Align projects for complete visibility
Trigger notifications for issue mentions or label changes
Aggregate repo activity into engineering team dashboards
Teams often use this integration to build:
Engineering sprint alignment
Code review workflows
Release planning boards
Cross-team dependency tracking
Technical debt prioritization
